All furnished single or double rooms with panoramic view, either on the lighthouse watching the bay of Ancona, historical center of Falconara Alta or inner court, ranging from 30 m2 up to 70 m2 with ceramic floor, comfortable beds, private bathrooms, dressers and drawers, independent heating systems & television. The B&B solution can accommodate up to 6 people.

Standard: towels, hair dryer, ironer, weekly room cleaning

Zenith: on top of the standard features you will have available dishwasher, laundry machine, hi-fi, satellite TV, VHS recorder, internet connection on request

Studio solution:

The fully furnished and functional studio, ranging from 30 m2 till 45 m2 with ceramic floors, private bathrooms, built-in dressers and kitchenettes are differently equipped according the respective class.

Standard: stove with 2 pits, phone line option available, satellite TV on request

Zenith: on top of the standard features you will have available weekly studio cleaning, stove with 2-4 pits, furnace, dishwasher, laundry machine, satellite TV
